The client sought an AI Customer Support Engineer with deep technical expertise in AI infrastructure, including Docker and Kubernetes, as well as strong SQL proficiency. The ideal candidate would take ownership of the customer journey, manage technical support cases, and collaborate across engineering and sales teams to elevate customer experiences.
