Our story began with Milan, who spent five years as the head of recruitment at an international innovation agency. Milan helped the agency expand from a single office in Antwerp to a global presence, with teams in London, the United States, and Singapore. Throughout this journey, he relied on strong talent partners in these hubs, partners who truly understood the people needed to imagine and create products that people love, and how to scale them effectively.
However, Milan noticed a major gap in BeNeLux: the same level of specialized recruitment support wasn’t available for SaaS and product businesses. This gap inspired him to start In Five Years.
In Five Years is far from a typical talent agency, and that’s intentional. We use our extensive network in Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market to help companies scale effectively. Beyond just finding talent, we offer free mentoring to support each person’s growth and success within the organization through our network of pro bono mentors.
