Our client is looking for a Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join their Product team. Ideally, you have proven experience in both frontend and backend development, but if not, your willingness to learn wins!

Their Product team

To strengthen their team of software engineers, they are looking for a software engineer that wants to play a crucial role in nurturing and improving their platform.
Their current Product team consists of multiple squads that autonomously own the full lifecycle of the product, pushing it from discovery to production. You’ll work together with other experienced engineers, PMs, and the CTO to deliver on an exciting product roadmap.
The tech stack consists of multiple modern technologies. Core components in the stack are:

  • React
  • NestJS
  • GraphQL
  • Azure
  • Terraform

They value bringing eagerness & skill in building mature & maintainable solutions with a great DX more than an exact overlap with their tech stack. Experience in all of them is not a must, but willingness & autonomy to learn definitely is.

About You

You would be a good fit with their team if most of this sounds like you:

  • Familiarity with at least one of their core technologies
  • Passionate about building products, shipping qualitative features to production with confidence
  • You love engineering, but are not too ‘love stoned’ to question and optimize existing (technical) architectures
  • Bring experience or curiosity to contribute to things like observability & monitoring, security, accessibility, scalability, and other software architecture attributes
  • Eager to help in constructing their engineering culture & practices. Align with people across squads, leveraging the right documentation and software patterns
  • Fluent in English
