Why this role matters
Our client is building machine learning technology that helps shipping companies cut fuel consumption and emissions at scale, solving one of the world’s most urgent climate challenges. Their platform is used directly by customers, and can also be easily embedded in partner products. By 2029, they aim to power 10,000 vessels – the equivalent of removing every single car from the roads in Belgium.
Your work will define the story, the channels, and the repeatable plays that turn this mission into measurable demand and top-tier employer brand. You’ll join a young, ambitious team that values impact, autonomy, and deep ownership. If you want to build a modern, credible growth engine around a state-of-the-art AI product, this could be a fit.
What you’ll do:
- Build brand & demand: run the content engine (articles, case studies, explainers), SEO, and social channels to turn complex AI/maritime topics into clear stories that convert.
- Drive partner GTM: create partner packs and co-marketing campaigns that make the technology easy to sell and generate a partner-sourced pipeline.
- Run events & webinars: make our client stand out at high-value conferences and online sessions, focusing on meetings and opportunities.
- Set up marketing ops: wire attribution, dashboards, and CRM hygiene so campaigns are trackable, repeatable, and scalable.
Your experience:
- B2B growth/marketing experience (SaaS, AI, or tech a plus).
- Writing: crisp long-form (blog/whitepaper) and short-form (LP copy, social). Portfolio links welcome.
- Tooling: HubSpot (or Salesforce + MA), GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager; basic SEO; webinar tools; light design chops (Figma/Canva).
- Partner & event execution: co-marketing assets, webinar runbooks, event follow-up workflows.
- Nice to have: PR/earned media, employer-brand campaigns, basic HTML/CMS, simple data storytelling.
What makes you a great fit:
- You take initiative and ownership, moving projects forward without constant direction and caring about quality and impact.
- You’re driven by impact and want to apply your skills to tackle one of the world’s biggest climate challenges.
- You learn quickly, enjoy picking up new technologies, and solving unfamiliar problems.
- You think critically, questioning assumptions and proposing better ways of doing things.
- You’re a team player: humble, collaborative, and putting the team first.
- You’re curious about the maritime world and its sustainability impact.
- You’re great at ping-pong 😉
