Our client is an innovative MedTech startup developing cutting-edge digital health solutions for neurological diseases. Backed by strong VC connections and industry-leading partners, they are scaling now and looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to lead market expansion, sales strategy, and strategic partnerships.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a company revolutionizing the way neurological conditions are diagnosed and managed, working closely with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare providers.

What you’ll be doing

Go-to-Market Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand the company’s presence in the neurology and digital health space.
  • Define the sales and revenue roadmap, with annual revenue goals of €400K.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and patient care organizations.
  • Lead market entry strategies, including geographic expansion into key European and US markets.

Business development & sales leadership

  • Build and manage a high-performing commercial team, including sales, business development, and marketing.
  • Develop and oversee B2B sales cycles, from initial lead generation to deal closure.
  • Represent the company at healthcare conferences, investor meetings, and industry events, acting as the commercial face of the business.
  • Ensure alignment between product, marketing, and sales to refine value propositions and messaging.

Partnership & stakeholder management

  • Drive commercial collaborations with pharmaceutical companies, leveraging digital biomarkers and patient data insights.
  • Establish long-term relationships with hospitals and clinical research organizations to integrate the platform into standard medical workflows.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts with enterprise healthcare clients and investors.

What you bring

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership, preferably in MedTech, digital health, or biotech.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in healthcare markets, with experience in hospital and pharma sales.
  • Strong network within the neurology, digital therapeutics, or medical device sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: a hands-on commercial leader who can balance strategy with execution.
  • Experience working in VC-backed startups or scale-ups is a plus.
