Technical Support Engineer (Mechelen or Eschborn)

About the Role

As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in helping customers and partners successfully implement advanced automation and integration technologies. You’ll provide technical guidance during installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless deployment of smart building solutions. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines technical expertise with excellent communication.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver expert support for both hardware and software to business clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex installations and guide users through problem resolution.

Who You Are

  • Enthusiastic about home and building automation, smart tech, or A/V systems.
  • Strong interest in IT, networking, programming, and modern technology.
  • Communicate fluently in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Analytical, hands-on, and solutions-oriented.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with any programming language is an asset.
