About the role
The UC (Unified Communications) and Intelligent Video Support Team — also known as the Flex Support Team — is a specialized part of the global Technical Support organization. When customers experience unexpected behavior in their systems, this team steps in to diagnose and resolve the issue. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, the team ensures customers can make optimal use of the technology. Customer satisfaction is the top priority.
As a Flex Support Engineer (Unified Communications and Smart Camera Systems), you will:
- Provide support, guidance, and information on both hardware and software levels.
- Take ownership of technical challenges and projects.
- Support complex implementations involving Microsoft Teams & Exchange, Zoom, and other cloud-based integrations.
- Commission and support Smart Camera systems.
- Detect, define, and resolve technical issues.
Who you are
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
- Experience with meeting room solutions (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms) is a plus.
- Experience with intelligent video or smart camera systems is a plus.
- Customer-facing experience is a plus.
- You have a strong interest in automation and control systems.
- You’re hands-on, analytical, and customer-oriented.
- You’re organized, eager to learn, and driven to continuously improve your technical expertise.
