Strategic design lead (Product Studio)

As a Strategic Design Lead, you help shape the digital products that drive their clients’ success. You sit at the intersection of business, design and technology, combining curiosity, clarity and creativity to create strategy that sticks and concepts that convince.

Together with their product teams and clients, you co-create the strategic foundation for digital experiences that are both meaningful and measurable. Through research, workshops and an instinct for value, you connect business goals to customer needs. You outline the storyline of strategic goals, map activities and deliverables, and help teams move from insight to impact.

You’re not just a thinker, you’re a maker. Whether you’re articulating a value proposition, sketching a product concept, or facilitating a co-creation workshop, your work helps move ideas from the abstract to the tangible. You’re a visual strategist: you communicate through sharp storylines, compelling visuals and engaging sessions that align teams and win over stakeholders.
