Partnership manager (SaaS scale-up in GRC)

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as a trusted coach for partners: help them grow their business with our client’s platform.
  • Onboard new partners: design tailored growth plans that set them up for long-term success.
  • Drive impactful joint initiatives: run go-to-market campaigns and co-hosted events that deliver measurable results.
  • Expand into new markets with partners: contribute to pipeline growth and fuel the company’s scale-up journey.
  • Track and optimize performance: you know what’s working, what isn’t, and how to fine-tune for better outcomes.
  • Be the connector inside and out: bridge the gap between partners and internal teams to keep collaboration smooth.
  • Represent our client in the ecosystem: engage in the partner community through industry events, joint projects, and thought leadership.

What they’re looking for

  • Proven experience in managing partnerships in B2B SaaS.
  • A natural relationship builder — people trust and enjoy working with you.
  • Strong commercial mindset: you see opportunities and know how to make them real.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and like taking ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a big plus).

Bonus points

  • Background or network in management consulting or audit and advisory services.
  • Familiarity with risk & compliance or related industries.
  • Dutch speaking skills.
