Growth Marketer (SaaS scale-up in GRC)

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and run a full-funnel growth strategy: covering acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Drive international expansion: adapt and execute growth strategies that help scale into new markets.
  • Develop and optimize SEO, content, and social media strategies to grow visibility and authority in the risk & compliance space.
  • Own and scale paid media campaigns: manage Google Ads, LinkedIn, Capterra, and emerging channels to generate pipeline and ROI.
  • Develop and optimize a GEO strategy: stay ahead of the curve with innovative growth tactics in AI-driven search engines and generative platforms.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments: turn insights into scalable results.
  • Track, analyze, and translate performance data into action: scale successful initiatives, cut inefficiencies, and shape strategy based on what works.
  • Collaborate across teams and partners: align growth with business goals and scale what works.
  • Experiment with new channels and formats: foster a test-and-learn culture that pushes growth further.

What they’re looking for

  • Solid experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong expertise in paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and more) and growth experimentation.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on skills in CRM, marketing automation, and reporting tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills: you love working with product, sales, and consultant teams to make growth a team sport.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).

Bonus points

  • Experience with AI-driven growth tools or GEO search.
  • Familiarity with risk & compliance or related industries.
  • Knowledge of Webflow.
  • Dutch speaking skills.
