Your role: founding sales lead (Belgium)

Our client already has:

  • a validated ICP (200+ employees)
  • a sales playbook we’re validating
  • strong demand signals
  • a working growth engine
  • a clear marketing & GTM strategy

Now, we’re looking for a mission-driven commercial leader to step in, take full ownership, and accelerate our client’s growth in Belgium.

You’ll start hands-on, managing the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing and gradually grow into a leadership role where you’ll build your own team in 2026-2027-2028.

What you will do

Execute & accelerate

  • Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, discovery, demos, proposals, closing.
  • Deeply understand HR and Wellbeing teams and challenge their thinking with care and expertise.
  • Expand our client’s footprint in organizations of 200+ employees.

Optimize & scale

  • Improve and refine our client’s existing sales playbook based on real-world conversations.
  • Introduce smarter systems, scalable processes, and automated reporting.
  • Work closely with marketing to craft high-performing campaigns and messaging.

Build relationships & partnerships

  • Nurture partnerships with HR networks, wellbeing associations, and strategic collaborators.
  • Be an ambassador of our client’s mission and values.

Grow into leadership

  • Prepare our client for commercial scale in 2026 and beyond.
  • Hire and coach the first BDRs/AEs as you grow into a Sales Lead / Head of Sales role.
  • Help build a high-trust, mission-driven commercial team.

What we’re looking for

  • 5-8+ years in B2B sales (SaaS or HR/health context is a plus).
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling to HR, Wellbeing, Prevention, or People teams (big plus).
  • Experience in selling an EAP is an even bigger plus.
  • Ability to manage long cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience optimizing or scaling commercial processes.
  • Near-native Dutch and French (both required).
  • Based in Belgium, with presence in the Antwerp office 2–3 days/week.
