Role Overview
Our client is an AI technology company enabling enterprises to design, test, deploy, and operate AI agents for complex, real-world use cases. These agents support customers and employees across multiple channels — including voice, chat, email, and internal systems — and operate reliably across languages and cultural contexts.
They are now looking for a senior technical leader to take ownership of both customer-facing execution and internal engineering excellence in the deployment of AI agents.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the technical side of sales by joining early-stage customer conversations, delivering demos, and guiding architecture, security, and integration discussions
- Act as a hands-on engineering lead: shipping production code, building integrations, and setting a high technical bar
- Build and lead a high-performing technical team spanning engineering, integrations, and pre-sales support
- Own customer deployments end-to-end — from scoping and design to production rollout of AI agents
- Collect customer feedback, support product localization, and represent regional needs to the global Product team
- Serve as the local technical point of contact for partners and customers, including handling escalations when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 7–8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with systems that have shipped and run in production
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations
- Strong customer-facing background (e.g. Solutions Architect, Field CTO, Deployed Engineer), with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
- Clear leadership DNA — ideally experience at Director, VP, or Founder level
- Excellent English (written and spoken), plus fluency in at least one local language
- Comfortable operating in a zero-to-one environment: defining the plan, building the team, and scaling the system from scratch
