The studio is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Director to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and driving growth across all four verticals.
You will work alongside a dynamic and talented team, contributing to a culture that thrives on innovation and collaboration. Your success will directly influence the studio’s growth, with a particular focus on meeting the sales target of 800K per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business across the Industrial, Manufacturing, Consumer, and Healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth and retention.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, contributing to achieving the annual sales target of 800K.
- Collaborate with the collective team of designers, engineers, strategists, developers, and business designers to align business development efforts with the studio’s expertise.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Represent the studio at industry events and conferences to increase visibility and build brand recognition.

- Proven experience in business development, within an innovation-consulting or product studio environment.
- Strong affinity for working in innovation and designing value propositions across various sectors.
