As an Account Executive for their Quick Start offering, you’ll be pivotal in launching this SaaS product in the UK market. Your role will involve:
- Pipeline Creation and Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, with full ownership of the sales cycle.
- Market Expansion: Use strategic and personalized approaches to engage new customers across four industries.
- Sales Velocity: Work with internal stakeholders and customer champions to maintain pipeline momentum and improve win rates through follow-ups and removing blockers.
- Compelling Business Cases: Conduct virtual meetings and collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to develop tailored business cases for prospects.
- Deal Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and finalize deals while balancing customer needs with revenue and margin goals.

Location Flexibility:
While you’ll work from a location that aligns with your business goals, periodic visits to the HQ in Ghent (every 6 weeks) will help maintain strong connections with the team. A thorough onboarding at their Ghent HQ during your first two weeks will ensure you’re set up for success.
The company plans to establish a hub near Milton Keynes to foster team cohesion through weekly meet-ups. For this reason, they’re only considering candidates who live within an hour of Milton Keynes.
